Palimpsest, Ya'll Wanna Scrape?!

A palimpsest is a manuscript page from a scroll or book that has been scraped off and used again. The word "palimpsest" comes through Latin from Greek παλιν + ψαω = ("again" + "I scrape"), and meant, "scraped (clean and used) again.” Romans wrote on wax-coated tablets that could be smoothed and reused, and a passing use of the rather bookish term "palimpsest" by Cicero seems to refer to this practice.

Lightus Incognitus

Harvey & Omar Introduces the Incognitos Series. this is what "working on a few things" led to. this is nothing short of a materialized sketch. I went as far as i could with it at the moment, until i realized that i need to paint things.

Workin on a Few Things...

Like making something that's usually made out of metal and making it out of wood. You'd understand if you had robot arms.

Inky Goes to College

Last night i brought Inky to the SFAI Grad student lounge, where it will stay for a few weeks. so far the feed back has been good, everyone is exited about it. Their enthusiasm was great but at the same time i got a little nervous about the idea so I had the table concept patented. It's still the beginning of the public experiment so we'll keep you posted on what goes on.

Meet Inky

Harvey & Omar brings you Inky, the newest model in the 8-bit series, number 3 out of 4. This is a stand alone model, meaning it does not require any power source. Just plug in your mp3 player, CD player, laptop or any 1/8 inch output and your all good.

This is what we have in our showroom at the moment. Clockwise from the top is Blinky 2.0, Inky, Clyde, and Blinky number 1.
